1.Where do you deliver to?

For fresh flowers, we can only deliver to the Coventry area. However, silk wedding flowers can be posted anywhere including overseas. There will of course be a fee for this which is outlined in our Wedding section.

2.What is your delivery charge?

All delivery fees are included within the prices quoted.

3.Do you do funeral deliveries outside Coventry?

Unfortunately not. If you wish to send flowers to a funeral being held in a different city, we recommend that you do an online search for a florist in that city, which works out much cheaper than using a relay service. Although we are members of a relay service it is our view that in most cases the prices charged do not justify the flowers delivered.

4.I am ordering from outside the area, how do I know you will deliver what I asked for?

If you order sympathy flowers to be delivered to a funeral director in Coventry, we will take a photograph and e-mail this to you to confirm what you have sent - this makes it easier for you than asking grieving relatives to perform this task for you. We absolutely guarantee that if you ask for a specific item and we have agreed to provide it, the item will be there in good time for the funeral directors to take it to the ceremony.

5. You only have Paypal but I don't have a Paypal account - how can I pay?

Paypal accepts all major credit/debit cards so this need not be a concern.

6.Can I order more than one item?

Yes, our shopping cart allows you to order as many different items as you wish - for example if you choose something from our wedding range, you can mix and match the items required and pay for them all at the same time.

7. What about a card/message?

We will prepare the card for you and ensure it is attached to your item.

8. How do wedding consultations work?

At the moment, the business is being run from home. We can therefore either come to you, or you can make an appointment to visit us. You can expect at least three (free) consultations - the first to get a general idea of what you require, to discuss colours and flower variations etc, the second to tighten up any additional requests and take various measurements to ensure the bouquet(s) are prepared in proportion, and the third to finalise the order, ie any extra flowers you may require etc.

9. There is a promotional code on my card - what is this?

We work with various companies throughout the city. If you have been given a card with a promotional code please quote it when ordering, this will entitle you to an upgrade in your order.
